Grimsbury Conservation Area Appraisal December 2025
Overview
Conservation area status is awarded to places that are deemed
to be of ‘special architectural or historic interest’. The intention
of designating a conservation area is not to prevent change or
development but to positively manage change in order to protect or
enhance the special character and appearance of an area.
The draft conservation area appraisal and management plan is the first
review of the conservation area boundary and the second review of
the Grimsbury Conservation area, which was first designated in 2007.
This activity will open on 8 Dec 2025.
Please come back on or after this date to give us your views.
