Young Persons PLAYZONE Community Engagement Survey

Overview

As part of the Council's ongoing commitment to improving our communities  we are conducting a brief survey.

Our project has the opportunity to secure additional football and multisport facilities, called  'PLAYZONE'  in partnership with the  'Football Foundation'.

We are working to secure 75% of funding from the Football Foundation and, in order to achieve this, we need your opinion.

The purpose of this survey is to engage with the local community to ensure that any new facility meets the needs of the local community. The survey will also assist in securing  funding and  inform the design and delivery of the project, which will  provide more access for community activities and leisure spaces to our residents in Banbury.

Your replies will help shape and support the council in ensuring the facility is accessible, inclusive welcoming and meets the local communities' needs.

Please be as honest as you can.

The responses will only be used by the district council to consider and act, in securing the funding and making changes for everyone's benefit.

The Council reserves the right to review, and if necessary, reverse any decision if information identified, at initial decision is deemed incorrect.

What happens after:

The information gathered will be used by the Communities Team in considering  changes that contribute to a better and fit for purpose service.
